Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your Festive Fashion purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return or exchange most items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item

• Returns must be posted back to us within 14 days of approval

• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

We recommend using a tracked service for returns, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Non-returnable items:

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

• Earrings

• Other intimate accessories

Unless they arrive damaged or faulty, these items are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us on the Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the return postage and arrange a replacement or refund right away.
